Log into your Luca-S account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
